RETURNS POLICY
You may return new, unopened items sold by Advanced Racing Computers within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Please contact our customer service department at info@advancedracingcomputers.com so that we can guide you through the process.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of shipping your package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

We will confirm receipt of the returned item by email. You will also receive a confirmation email once a credit has been issued to your credit card.

Important: Refunds sent with no RMA number will be returned to sender.

CANCELLATION POLICY
To cancel an order you have placed with Advanced Racing Computers, you must contact customer support at info@advancedracingcomputers.com. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped.

When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information.

Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, you can request to return the item for a refund (minus shipping costs).

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

Shipping policy for in-stock items

All items are normally in stock and are shipped on the same business day the order is placed before 1:00 PM Mountain Time. Instock items ordered after 1:00 PM Mountain Time will be shipped on the following business day.

A confirmation email is sent once the item leaves our warehouse. This email will not only confirm that the item has left our warehouse, but will also provide the UPS tracking number for your item along with an estimated delivery date (according to UPS, and based on the shipping method you selected).

Out of Stock Policy

If an item is not in stock you will be contacted by email with the expected shipping date. The email will also provide you with information on how to cancel the order if you would prefer not to wait for the item to be in stock again.
